Louise Framst, B.Ed., is a teacher turned writer/publisher. Her teaching experience is wide and varied, including classroom teaching, librarian, and resource person for children with special needs. She also is a teller of stories, mainly legends, from her Tahltan First Nations background. Now that she has retired from the classroom, Framst gives workshops and takes on 'interesting' contracts such as researching Tahltan history and working on an educational outline for Tahltan as a Second Language.

In her spare time, Louise enjoys sewing for her two grandchildren, curling, golfing, fishing, and playing in her 'clayhouse.'
