Mom Tips For A Hotter You

In our quest for becoming the best moms that we can be, we tend to focus our time and energy in taking care of the kids and the whole family, leaving our needs the least of our priorities. This routine drains our energy, health, and confidence, leaving us feeling frumpy — the farthest thing from feeling sexy!

Here are some mom tips on how you can gain back your confidence, and your inner hotness:

Make time for yourself

Start squeezing in mom time into your day no matter how overwhelming your schedule is. A 5-minute break or an hour mom time, it doesn’t matter. If you won’t start allocating time for yourself, you’re not going to have time for yourself. Chores, my hot moms, will never end. Start making yourself a priority. Soaking in the tub, taking a nap, reading a book, whatever helps you experience and enjoy the moment. Just make the time — you deserve it.

Sweat it out!

Not only will you have a hotter, sexier body in the long run, exercise gives you more energy, and elevates your mood. You’ll benefit from becoming happier, and less stressed and could improve your relationship with your husband, kids and the people around you, helping you gain more confidence for yourself. You don’t have to go to the gym to exercise. Eversince I started working from home, I’ve given up my gym membership and just workout in my basement. My list of chores doubled with the fact that I now work from home but I still managed to establish a routine that includes working out. Remember: “If there’s a will, there’s a way.”

Update your clothes

A lot of moms tend to wear larger sizes because they struggle with the whole body image thing but realizes that once they start wearing something more “fitting” to them, they become more in tune with their inner sexiness and feel more like a woman.

Get your nails done

There seems to be a lot of moms who feel more sexy after a manicure and/or a pedicure. There’s something about having a really nice cute feet with nice color that makes you feel good about yourself especially in the summer, or when you’re in bare feet. One of my favorite things to do!

Get you hair done

Getting your hair and/or color done on a regular basis is a great confidence booster. Just make sure you consult with your hairstylist on what will go with your face shape and skin tone.

Remember, the best moms are the happy and confident moms. Taking care of ourselves teaches our kids to take care of themselves.

Our kids rely and learn from us, and they deserve to have the best role models.
