How Authentic Is Your Mom Care?

I had the privilege of having a healing session from Ellen Capobianco, an intuitive consultant / healer, last night over the phone. According to her, a lot of my chakras are blocked. Chakra what? Chakras are our energy centers. They are the openings for life energy to flow into and out of our aura. Their function is to vitalize the physical body and to bring about the development of our self-consciousness. They are associated with our physical, mental and emotional interactions.

Blockage in our chakras could manifest into illnesses, hardships, struggles, etc. The goal is to keep them unblocked so the life energy can flow freely within us.

I’m being called to practice more mom care in order to unblock my chakras. It seems odd that I need to do more self-care when this is my area of expertise! I eat good food, I workout, I focus on happiness and gratitude, I have my mom times, heck, this is what my blog is all about! I empower moms to feel good about themselves and be their best! What else do I need to do?

For one, I’m having a lot of stress with the economy lately, specifically with what’s happening with the company I’m working for. I’ve been dealing with that by channeling and redirecting my fears into more creative and productive outlet like taking on projects for this blog, so I thought I was doing a good job of handling it. What I don’t know is that I need to release that fear out of my system and the negative energies I tend to pick up from others as well.

Prayer, gratitude, and meditation, along with techniques Ellen gave me to release my fear and do auric cleaning should do it. Meditation is something that’s not incorporated into my daily regimen. I’m sure as a mom, you know how hard it is to fit “taking care of ourselves” into our daily schedule, let alone find time to just be quiet and meditate. I’d fall asleep in no time once I start to be still and quiet.

But since I’m being called to be more authentic in my mom care, I’ll do it! I was instructed by Ellen’s guides and angels NOT take on any more projects until I’ve successfully incorporated an authentic mom care into my lifestyle. I’m being called to walk the talk! And all this time I thought I already was, lol!

With that, I’ll end this post with a quote I borrowed from Ellen’s site, Angel Messages And Healings:

“Blissful living requires inner work, attention and committment. Remember that the small changes you make will yield big results!”
